REGISTRATION FEES

 

All registrations should be sent to registrar@icicte.org. Payment may be made by American Express, Visa, Mastercard, certified cheque or wire transfer. All fees are in Pound Sterling (GBP).

Conference registration fee includes:

  • Conference proceedings

  • Conference material (conference bag, folder, pen, etc.)

  • Three coffee/tea breaks

  • Opening night drinks: July 3

  • Two lunches

  • Greek night closing dinner

Presenters regular registration  - deadline: May 15  - 425 GBP

Presenters - early registration - deadline: April 30 - 400 GBP

 

Participant regular Registration - 450 GBP

Participant early Registration - deadline: April 30 - 425 GBP

 

ICICTE Committee members - 380 GBP

Faculty and Staff from Southampton Solent University - 380 GBP

 

Students - deadline: May 15 - 300 GBP

Students invited as finalists in the ICICTE Graduate Student Paper Award - 250 GBP

Proof of student status must accompany registration form.

 

Group - deadline: May 15 - 380 GBP

Rate applies for the registration of 3 or more participants from the same institution or organization.

 

Though payments must be made in Pound Sterling, for your convenience a currency converter can be found at the bottom of this page (click here). Please note that the conversion is according to live mid-market rates.

 

We are using a new online payment system for conference registration fees. A step-by-step guide to using the system for ICICTE registration can be found HERE. Cancellation policy

Requests for refund sent by e-mail to the conference Finance Administrator.

  • A refund of 75% a month before the conference (sent by June 2)

  • A refund of 50% two weeks before the conference (sent by June 18)

  • No refunds after June 18.

 

Additional Tickets

Additional tickets for lunches, the Opening Reception and the Greek Night will be available on site.
