ACCOMMODATION
We are very
pleased to be holding ICICTE 2014 at the Neptune Hotel on Kos
island.
Set amidst a
landscaped garden decorated with art, Neptune Hotel features
five swimming pools and seven bars. It is 5 km away from Mastichari Village
in Kos. The beach front hotel complex offers a variety of sports
and leisure activities, such as tennis and badminton. There is
also a
spa centre.
The
air-conditioned rooms and apartments of Neptune open onto a
balcony or a patio overlooking the Aegean Sea or the garden.
Elegantly decorated with well-chosen furnishings and soft colours, each unit has an LCD satellite TV and a fridge.
An American buffet
breakfast is served daily in the dining area. The four on-site
restaurants offer Greek and International flavours accompanied
by a selection of fine wines. Cocktails, light snacks and fresh
juices can also be enjoyed at any of the hotel’s bars.
Guests can
relax at the hotel’s private beach, while younger guests can
enjoy themselves at the children’s pool or at the games room.
Massage treatments, sailing and surfing equipment and mountain
bikes are provided. A beauty shop and a doctor’s office are also
on site.
Neptune Hotel
is located 18 km from Kos Town and Port and 8 km from
Hippocrates International Airport. Free private parking is
possible on site and free Wi-Fi is available in hotel’s lobby.
Should
delegates wish, they can book a room in this hotel through the
conference. Since it is the conference venue, it is certainly
convenient for delegates to do so. The room guarantee by the
conference organisers expires on April 11. As of April 12, room
reservations are subject to availability.
