The
first of the full conference days. And a hectic one it was, too.
After registration was the keynote by Professor Alan Tait,
pro-Chancellor of the Open University, UK, introduced by
Professor Michael Moore. Then there were two plenary sessions
and a workshop, followed by an excellent lunch at one of the
Minoa Palace restaurants. After lunch the three Student Paper
Award papers were presented, and judged. The day rounded off by
what (at time of posting) augurs to be an excellent opening
reception meal.
