Registration for ICICTE 2020 is open.

 

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, ICICTE 2020 is offering all conference delegates what was originally the early bird rate, and a further reduction of fees for ICICTE Committee members.

 

Conference registration fee list

Presenters - €400

Virtual Presenters - €150

 

Participants - €450

Virtual Participants - €100

 

ICICTE Committee members - €300

 

Students - €300

Proof of student status must accompany registration form.

 

Group - €350

This rate applies per person for the registration of 3 or more participants from the same institution or organization.

 

Registration fee for on site participants is inclusive of access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, delegate packs, coffee breaks, two lunches, welcome drink and farewell Greek Night Dinner.

 

Registration fee for virtual participants is inclusive of access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, electronic delegate packs and conference proceedings.

 

Additional Social Event Tickets

Additional tickets for lunches, the Opening Reception and the Greek Night will be available to purchase on site. Please contact nancypyrini@icicte.org for further information.

 

The prices for guest tickets to social events are as follows:

• Lunches - €30

• Opening Reception - €20

• Greek night - €30

 

Cancellation policy

Requests for refund must be sent in writing to nancypyrini@icicte.org.

• A refund of 75% two months before the conference (sent by May 1, 2020)

• A refund of 50% one month before the conference begins (sent by June 2, 2020)

• No refunds after June 2.

Payment

Your registration only becomes effective once payment is submitted. Please pay your fee by bank transfer. The details of the account into which you need to deposit your payment can be found on the registration form (page 6). For any queries about payment, please contact Ġorġ Mallia.

 

Please identify yourself as part of submitting your payment (name, surname, country) and send proof of payment to the registrar. Only papers by those who have paid their fee will be included in the proceedings of the conference.

We do not accept card payments, or any other payment method other than the one above. It is recommended that payment should be done concurrently with the submission of the registration form. However, if anybody would like to pay through REVOLUT, please contact Ġorġ Mallia for details.

 

For logistical purposes, we suggest you register at your earliest.

 

Liability

The ICICTE 2020 Organizers do not accept liability for personal accidents, nor for loss of, or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ICICTE 2020 in Samos. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements with respect to relevant insurance, in particular health and travel insurance.
