Conference registration fee list

Presenters - €400

Virtual Presenters - €150

(Virtual presenters will only be able to participate in the session in which they are presenting).

 

Participants - €450

 

ICICTE Committee members - €300

 

Students - €300

Proof of student status must accompany registration form.

 

Group - €350

This rate applies per person for the registration of 3 or more participants from the same institution or organization.

 

The registration fee includes:

 

• Access to all plenary and concurrent sessions
• Delegate pack with conference materials
• Coffee breaks throughout the conference
• Lunch on Day 1 and Day 2
• Welcome Reception on the evening of Day 1
• Philosophers’ Café on Day 3
• Farewell Music Concert on the evening of Day 3

 

For any additional tickets for lunches, the Welcome Reception, or the Concert, please contact the Secretariat on site.

 

Additional Social Event Tickets

Additional tickets for lunches and the Opening Reception will be available to purchase on site. Please contact nancypyrini@icicte.org for further information.

 

The prices for guest tickets to social events are as follows:

• Lunches - €30

• Opening Reception - €40

 

Cancellation policy

Requests for refund must be sent in writing to nancypyrini@icicte.org.

• A refund of 75% two months before the conference (sent by May 5, 2025)

• A refund of 50% one month before the conference begins (sent by June 6, 2025)

• No refunds after June 6.

 

Payment

Your registration only becomes effective once payment is submitted. When registration opens, please pay your fee by bank transfer.

 

Please identify yourself as part of submitting your payment (name, surname, country) and send proof of payment to the registrar. Only papers by those who have paid their fee will be included in the proceedings of the conference.

We do not accept card payments, or any payment method other than the one above.

 

It is recommended that payment should be done concurrently with the submission of the registration form.

 

Liability

The ICICTE 2025 organizers do not accept liability for personal accidents, nor for loss of, or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the ICICTE 2025 in Chania. Participants are responsible for making their own arrangements with respect to relevant insurance, in particular health and travel insurance.
