be processed in the UK, as fraud prevention measures may prevent
the transaction going through.

Rate applies for the registration of 3 or more participants from
the same institution or organization.
Registration fee is inclusive of
access to all plenary and concurrent sessions, delegate packs,
coffee breaks, two lunches, welcome drink and farewell Greek
Night Dinner.
Though payments must
be made in Pound Sterling, for your
convenience a currency converter can be found at the bottom of
this page (click here).
Please note that the conversion is
according to live mid-market rates.
Cancellation policy
Requests for refund sent by e-mail to the conference Finance
Administrator.
• A refund of 75%
a month before the conference (sent by June 5)
• A refund of 50%
two weeks before the conference (sent by June 22)
• No refunds after
June 22.
Additional Social Event Tickets
Additional
tickets for lunches, the Opening Reception and the Greek Night
will be available to purchase on site.
